Responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategies aligned with AMT’s branding and business goals.
- Provide client and industry research and intelligence to Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Implement corporate branding efforts, including website updates, social media presence, and marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing & Business Development Director.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5 –10 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Site Infrastructure industries).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Plus: Experience in transportation and surveying services.
Skills Required
