Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage potential in-licensing and out-licensing partners across developed markets.
- Conduct strategic market research to support opportunity scouting and portfolio planning.
- Lead and coordinate the product lifecycle management.
- Support negotiation of term sheets and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate closely with legal, regulatory, and technical teams to ensure agreements feasibility and compliance.
- Track and manage partnership pipelines, performance metrics, and deal execution timelines.
- Monitor European pharmaceutical trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is required.
