The role: You will build the top of the sales pipeline in the APAC region, opening conversations with senior decision-makers at mid-market companies and qualifying where thinkbridge can create measurable value. This is a prospecting role with a clear path into closing and account roles for people who prove they can generate and advance real opportunities.
What you will do
- Research target accounts across our priority verticals and identify the operators worth reaching, from ops and technology leaders to finance and functional heads.
- Run outbound sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn that open with a business problem rather than a product and earn the first meeting.
- Qualify inbound interest and route it against the right offering: a thinkAI diagnostic, a thinkOne system build, or a thinkTeam engineering pod.
- Hold enough of a conversation about operations, cost, and AI to establish credibility with senior buyers and hand a warm, well-briefed opportunity to the account team.
- Partner with account executives and delivery leads to move qualified pipeline through the early sales cycle.
- Keep the CRM accurate and the account map current for your assigned segments.
Requirements
- 2 years in a business development, inside sales, or client-facing role, ideally selling services, consulting, or technology to businesses.
- Comfortable approaching senior stakeholders and holding a conversation about business problems rather than reading a script.
- Strong written and spoken communication, with the discipline to run a high volume of quality outreach.
- Curiosity about how businesses operate and where AI and custom systems change the economics, enough to speak credibly without overclaiming.
- Self-direction in a fast-moving environment and the resilience that outbound demands.
- A degree in a business field is useful but not required.
- Competitive base salary.
- Performance-based commission.

What We Do
The year was 2014. Software development was becoming increasingly commoditized. Speed and cost issues were taking priority over strategy, execution, and long-term scalability. Growth-stage companies were getting caught in the middle of it all. If they turned to one of the many smaller dev shops that emerged, they wouldn’t get the strategic capabilities and thinking needed to make their project successful. But if they went with a big consulting firm, the costs would be prohibitive. That’s when a group of consulting and technology veterans came together over a new idea for software development. They knew that developers would get better results if they had more time to think through their projects before rushing straight to coding. And they wanted to start an employee-focused company that was all about enabling developers to do their best work. So they created a new model for outsourced development where developers would spend 80% of their time thinking about the solution and 20% coding it. This would give smaller companies the strategic thinking needed to compete with much larger corporations. Today, thinkbridge is how mid-market companies turn into tech disruptors, drive growth, and increase their valuations. Middle market leaders are no longer stuck between the limitless costs of big consulting firms and the limited capabilities of smaller dev shops. With a unique “think bigger, move faster, go further” approach to technology innovation, thinkbridge has achieved a client NPS rating in the 90s and a client retention rate of over 90%. thinkbridge. There’s a new way there Think Bigger | Move Faster | Go Further
