Job Responsibilities:

  • Obsługa portali klientów, w tym bieżące monitorowanie i weryfikacja zamówień klientów
  • Aktualizacja cen sprzedażowych dla klientów oraz cen materiałów
  • Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja cen w systemie SAP
  • Wsparcie procesów fakturowania
  • Przygotowywanie ofert handlowych oraz współpraca z działami sprzedaży, finansów i operacyjnym
  • Utrzymywanie relacji z klientami i partnerami biznesowymi
  • Monitorowanie poprawności danych handlowych oraz dbanie o ich zgodność w systemach
  • Raportowanie realizowanych działań i wspieranie optymalizacji procesów biznesowych
  • Wsparcie w analizie rynku, klientów oraz trendów cenowych i materiałowych

Kluczowe kwalifikacje

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze business development, sprzedaży, obsługi klienta lub wsparcia procesów handlowych w zakładzie produkcyjnym
  • Umiejętność obsługi portali klientów oraz weryfikacji i monitorowania zamówień
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel
  • Umiejętność pracy z danymi, dokładność i dbałość o szczegóły
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym (j.niemiecki dodatkowym atutem)
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, podejmowania decyzji i pracy pod presją czasu
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne oraz swoboda w budowaniu relacji biznesowych

Skills Required

  • Experience in business development, sales, customer service, or commercial process support in a production plant
  • Ability to operate customer portals and verify/monitor customer orders
  • Experience entering and updating prices in SAP
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience supporting invoicing processes and preparing commercial offers
  • Accuracy working with data and attention to detail
  • Communicative level of English
  • Knowledge of German
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making, and ability to work under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
