Compassion is looking for a Business Development Specialist (Grants Acquisition) to support institutional grant acquisition efforts across Asia. This role will partner closely with national office teams to identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities, with a strong focus on U.S. Government and other institutional grants.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead and support grant-seeking pursuits across assigned countries in Asia
✅ Identify and assess institutional funding opportunities
✅ Collaborate with Finance, M&E, Program Support, People & Culture, and National Leadership teams
✅ Build strategic partnerships that advance Compassion's mission and impact
What we're looking for:
✔ Experience with U.S. Government grants (required)
✔ Background in grant acquisition, proposal development, or business development
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Ability to work onsite in the Philippines National Office
✔ Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cultures
