This role can be remote or hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our Needham, MA location.

As our go-to-market team continues to grow, we’re looking for ambitious, high-energy Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help introduce Advisor360°’s platform to new prospects and build pipeline across our suite of offerings.

Here’s what you’ll do: 
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Advisor360°’s platform.
  • Educate prospects on the value of modern wealth management technology, including advisor efficiency, operational scalability, and improved client experiences.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms.
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, data fragmentation, compliance, reporting, and firm growth.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360°, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, FinTech, or AI experience preferred).
  • Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value.
  • A highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 + commission & equity.
