The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Each of our homeowners asked for your expertise, (no wasted time).
  • Use our proven diagnostic process to efficiently identify issues and get them resolved.
  • Lead decisive, high-clarity conversations that drive partnership between you and the homeowner.
  • Do what's right, not what's easy. Bring excellence to every homeowner, every time.

Who You Are
  • A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
  • Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
  • Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
