estate, consisting of industrial, office, and retail assets. We are a lean and growing

Compensation:
- Annual Base Salary: $90,000 + Commission
- Estimated on Target Earnings: $100,000 – $110,000
Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you'll manage leads from
our proprietary hail database and build relationships with commercial building owners
through cold-calling, drop-ins, CRE industry events, and strategic outreach. We focus
on creating lifelong relationships by being true subject matter experts, offering objective
analyses that always put the client first – similar to a fiduciary relationship.
You’ll engage with a wide range of clients, from small business owners to large portfolio
managers overseeing dozens or even hundreds of properties. By understanding their
unique needs at the intersection of commercial real estate, insurance, and
construction strategy, you’ll help position HailSolve as a trusted partner.
Working closely with our BD and Marketing teams, you’ll cultivate prospects into fully
qualified opportunities and collaborate with Account Management to ensure a smooth
transition into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Outreach:
- Drive prospect engagement through cold calls, emails, and in-person
meetings - Articulate our value proposition to various decision-makers, from the C-
Suite to property managers - Execute sophisticated, multi-touch outreach campaigns
- Connect with key decision-makers in the field when needed
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with account managers for smooth client transitions
- Share market insights and prospect feedback
- Meet or exceed targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads
CRM & Performance Management:
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce
- Track interactions and progress toward goals
- Report on outreach activities and conversion rates
- Maintain high standards of productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of outbound cold calling experience required.
- Located in Nashville, with an expectation to be in the office 5 days a week
starting in June 2026. - Strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Experience in commercial roofing, insurance, or the construction industry
preferred. - Excellence in verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated with proven success in relationship building.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
