The Growth team is seeking a Business Development Representative who will identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to support the Company’s sales pipeline. This role plays a critical part in driving growth by leveraging cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to secure meetings for Account Executives. As the first point of contact for many potential customers, the Business Development Representative will help shape strong early impressions of the Company and set the stage for successful sales engagements.

You communicate confidently and professionally, with the ability to quickly build rapport and create strong first impressions with potential clients.
You are tech‑savvy and comfortable leveraging CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and social selling techniques to drive outreach.
Outbound Prospecting: Generating leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Lead Qualification: Assessing prospects to ensure they fit the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
Pipeline Generation: Booking qualified meetings and demonstrations for Sales Managers or Account Executives.
Market Research: Identifying new market opportunities, industry trends, and key players.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Overcoming Objections: Handling customer concerns regarding price, need, or timing.
2+ years of experience in a comparable business development or sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
