We are seeking a business development and sales representative for our client who specializes in IT software sales for the healthcare industry.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospect potential clients and generate leads.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeted outreach.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the client company's services and industry trends.
- Prepare reports on lead generation efforts and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the medical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.
