Job Summary 🧾

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and drive our expansion across Mexico and North Latam. Working closely with the sales team to engage key decision-makers at targeted accounts.

Your mission?

The objective of this role is to proactively create qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for our sales team to convert. This person will play a key part in helping us enter and expand within new sectors by identifying high-value prospects, generating new opportunities, and accelerating our go-to-market motion.


What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and direct contact with prospects.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Make cold calls and send personalized emails to capture the attention of potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective prospecting strategies.
  • Continuously follow up on interactions with prospects, keeping records updated in the CRM.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and proposing improvements in processes.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Job Requirements?💻

  • - Experience in technology companies, SaaS, software, etc.
  • 6+ months of experience as a BDR
  • Experience in outbound sales: prospecting, cold calling, cold outreach
  • Focus on lead qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Generate 45 opportunities a quarter
  • Maintain a minimum 20% opportunity creation-to-meeting set conversion rate
  • Achieve 80%+ adherence to daily/weekly outreach activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
  • Respond to all inbound leads within 2 hours during business days
  • Maintain 100% CRM data hygiene for all assigned inbound contacts and accounts
