What You’ll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation — prospect, research, and identify qualified opportunities for the sales team.

  • Run high-quality outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to book meetings with executives at provider groups, MSOs, and health systems.

  • Qualify inbound leads and perform discovery to understand customer pain points and fit.

  • Tell compelling ROI stories — communicate the value of Assured’s automation platform in a clear, concise way.

  • Partner closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, territory planning, and increased conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging and surface learnings from the field.

  • Track activity and pipeline rigorously in our CRM to support forecasting and performance insight.

  • Contribute to playbook-building — help shape our outbound motion, messaging, and targeting as we scale.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have
  • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (healthcare, operations, or enterprise software a plus).

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting-setting and pipeline targets.

  • Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with VP/C-suite operators.

  • High business acumen — ability to understand operational inefficiencies and tie them to value.

  • Resilient, organized, and proactive — you thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and multichannel sequences.

Preferred
  • Experience selling into provider groups, MSOs, or health systems.

  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, credentialing, or payer workflows.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar outbound tools.

  • Interest in AI and automation products.

FTE Only Benefits and Pay

Our headquarters are located in New York City, and we value cross-team collaboration and in-person connection. We encourage participation from all team members—great ideas can come from anywhere. While we take our mission seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We host offsites, outings, and team meals to stay connected as people. We offer office lunch, a fully stocked snack bar, and an in-office culture.

We provide competitive base compensation along with stock options. The expected annual salary range for this role posted is depends on experience and interview performance. We offer fully paid health and dental coverage, plus vision insurance, online health providers, unlimited PTO (“take what you need”), and seven paid holidays.
