Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls and draft emails to both prospective and existing clients.
- Assess and respond to inbound leads, effectively converting them into sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and current customers, ensuring consistent follow-up to foster ongoing relationships.
- Analyze customer data to enhance sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
- Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Collaborate with external sales representatives to synchronize strategies and exchange market insights.
- Track and resolve customer service concerns, ensuring solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in sales or customer relations.
- Effective organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to remain seated and focused for extended periods.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Adequate finger dexterity for efficient keyboard and computer operation.
