  • Qualify opportunities and schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting platforms to build and manage pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership and teammates to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Develop expertise in association management, member engagement strategies, digital revenue generation, and career center best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing to support webinars, thought leadership initiatives, and lead-generation campaigns designed to engage association leaders.
  • Attend association, membership, and career center industry conferences and trade shows to network with prospective clients, increase brand awareness, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends impacting associations, workforce development, recruitment marketing, and member engagement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently generating qualified sales opportunities and meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of association prospects.
  • Developing confidence in outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, and value-based SaaS selling.
  • Becoming a trusted resource for association leaders exploring new ways to deliver member value and generate revenue.
