Primary Objectives:
Generate Qualified Pipeline
Qualify Inbound MQLs and Opportunities
Support Account Executives with Sales-Ready Meetings
Maintain Accurate CRM and Activity Discipline

Detailed Job Duties:
Qualify inbound Prodege and Pollfish marketing leads through structured discovery to assess fit, need, timing, and buying intent
Generate qualified meetings and early-stage pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
Conduct initial opportunity qualification and ensure prospects meet defined ICP criteria
Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, lead disposition, and opportunity progression in CRM (HubSpot)
Demonstrate timely follow-up with inbound leads
Consistently achieve pipeline generation and meeting-setting targets
Participate in sales meetings, enablement sessions, and ongoing training to refine prospecting and qualification skills
The must haves: (Job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
Minimum one or more (1+) years of experience as a BDR, focused on business development, sales development, or inside sales
Experience conducting outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualification
Strong communication skills (phone, email, virtual)
Ability to conduct structured discovery and assess buying intent
Comfort working in a KPI-driven, quota-based environment
Functional knowledge of CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience qualifying inbound leads from mid-market or enterprise brands and agencies.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated on-target earnings range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings for sales and account management reflect the base salary and commission potential only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
