About the Role

  • Follow the direction of the BDC Manager and Sales Management Team.
  • Create positive public relations while effectively managing timelines. 
  • Acquire new customers and improve CSI/SSI according to company targets. 
  • Regularly update and refine customer data to ensure quality and accuracy. 
  • Maintain a consistently positive and engaging demeanor during phone conversations.
  • Effectively manage heavy phone contact while providing excellent customer service. 
  • Be invested in driving the dealership's success and achieving goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid and clean driving record for the past two years. 
  • Strong Time Management skills, Teamwork, Attention to detail, Productivity, and Sales Orientation. 
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. 
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment. 
  • Proficient in navigating and managing multiple software applications simultaneously. 
  • Quick and efficient in acquiring new skills.
