- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and
email campaigns to generate new leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Present GovEase’s value proposition to spark
interest, qualify prospects, and ensure a strong pipeline.
- Maintain detailed records of prospect
interactions within the CRM and provide timely updates on pipeline status.
- Coordinate with Business Development Managers
to refine lead qualification processes and set up impactful demos.
- Assist with conference preparation, including
administrative tasks such as registration, logistics coordination, and ensuring
conference materials are organized.
- Conduct state-specific research as needed to
tailor outreach, proposals, and demos to local requirements and regulatory
environments.
- Stay updated on GovEase product updates,
industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Communicate market insights and prospect
feedback to the sales and product teams.
- Track performance metrics and consistently
meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related
field (or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is
a plus, but not required; internships or relevant coursework can be helpful.
- Willingness to conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calling and
email campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or a
willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Eagerness to learn about government
procurement processes and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
