Business Development Representative (West Coast)
Location: Remote located in AZ, NV, or OR
Employment Type: Full-Time / Exempt Salary + Commission
Department: Sales
Reports To: Director of Sales
About the role
- The Sales Role will focus on helping Resident Interface increase the number of clients the company services by building relationships, presenting and selling our products, and closing deals to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Coordinate meetings with both internal and external parties as well as build and drive strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Create client interest/lead generation by thoroughly articulating our services (RA, HW, PP) and understanding our value proposition which separates us from potential other competitors in the industry
- Understand our property management integration partners and how they assist with providing services
- Collaborate with partnering attorneys in each state to bring on new business
- Have knowledge of how our different platform(s) function so that you can appropriately drive client interest
- Utilize our sales portal to accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and maintain interactions through various sales communication platforms
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of eviction processes and/or collections
- Prior experience in sales of 5+ years.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule with the understanding that hours may vary
- Property Management or Rental Community experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of various communication platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and the risk of electrical shock from office equipment and related items. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
Work Hours:
Minimum of Forty (40) hours per week. Actual daily hours will be assigned by senior management and will normally be between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Additional hours as needed for training, meetings and special projects or to meet deadlines and commitments.
