- Assist Account Executives with lead generation and scheduling tasting events
- Lead daily business development efforts by sourcing qualified leads, utilizing lead generation criteria and processes
- Set tasting events/meetings through a high volume of outreach activities (phone, email, text, etc.)
- Utilize CRM for effective and proficient prospect management, documentation, and marketing implementation
- Clear, concise documentation and communication to office coffee and central teams
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to assist in developing the sales process and content and marketing implementation
- May include customer follow up, customer engagement, customer upselling, and re-ordering
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management/Administration, or related fields
- CRM and Lead Gen Tools proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Spotio, Zoho, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, ability to handle objections and navigate rejection positively
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Sales aptitude and hunter mentality
- Comfortable cold calling, cold prospecting, and 'hunter' mentality required in sales
- Detail-focused mind, strong organization and time management
- Ability to build strong relationships; engaging communicator and collaborator
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time and to high standards

Skills Required
