As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers at Easygenerator across international markets, with a focus on the DACH region. You will connect with decision-makers, start meaningful conversations in German and beyond, and turn interest into qualified opportunities that drive our global growth.

Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels
Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences to spark interest and fuel our growth.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points and goals.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and support BDR team members when needed.
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
A bachelor’s degree or higher
2-5 years of relevant Business Development or Sales Development experience
Excellent command of the English and German languages, both spoken and written - Native Level English and German
Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
High energy and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and collaborative environment
