As a Business Development Representative at The Sales Factory, you’ll prospect, qualify, and book meetings for leading B2B clients—all while receiving world-class training and a clear path to advancement in tech sales!

Compensation and Growth

Start at $40,000–$50,000, with a fast track to $60,000–$80,000 OTE in just 3–6 months, plus uncapped commissions and clear performance-based growth!
