About NewRich Network:
NewRich is a fast-growing hybrid SaaS and educational platform built around creator commerce. We empower coaches, experts, and digital entrepreneurs to launch courses, host live sessions, and build subscription-based communities.
We’re looking for a Creator Acquisitions Coordinator to help grow our content partnerships and support top creators on our platform.
What You'll Do- Help manage the full content lifecycle — from acquisition to launch.
- Keep communication with content partners organized and clear.
- Track content availability calendars and ensure key content is launched on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Product) and content suppliers.
- Help acquire premium content for our community platform.
- Take notes on partner calls and follow up on next steps.
- Assist in reviewing and approving content before it goes live.
- Bring ideas to improve our creator experience.
- 2+ years of experience in content partnerships, media coordination, or digital media.
- Experience with contracts or content deals is a plus.
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for creators, online content, or digital communities.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work remotely with a small and passionate team.
- Have a real impact on product and strategy.
- Help shape the future of digital creator ecosystems.
