About the Outbound SDR role

We’re a growing SaaS startup looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate quality demo appointments with potential clients.

Your role:

  • Make 200+ outbound dials daily and use LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Research and identify prospects in our target market
  • Run multi-step outbound campaigns to book qualified appointments
  • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Keep records accurate and up to date in HubSpot CRM

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an outbound BDR/SDR in SaaS or tech
  • Strong communication (written & spoken English)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Alignment with our core values
  • Ability to quickly establish a trusting relationship with prospects
  • Confident and competitive, yet teachable 

Nice to have:

  • Startup experience and knowledge of the MSP space
  • Familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Aircall, Lemlist
