Scranton Motors is looking for friendly, motivated, and dependable Business Development Representatives to join our team in Vernon, CT, beginning in October 2026.

No automotive experience? No problem.

What You'll DoAs a Business Development Representative, you'll help customers connect with our dealership and sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customers who contact the dealership
- Connect with customers by phone, text, and email
- Assist customers with basic questions
- Schedule showroom appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Follow up with customers who have previously expressed interest
- Reconnect with customers who may still be considering a vehicle
- Reach out to customers approaching the end of their vehicle lease
- Update customer information and notes in our system
- Keep track of customer follow-up
- Communicate appointment information to our sales team
- Help create a friendly and professional customer experience
Your job isn't to sell the vehicle.
Your role is to start the conversation, provide a great experience, and help customers schedule a convenient time to visit the dealership.

Automotive experience is not required.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, appointment scheduling, inside sales, or other customer-facing positions can be a great fit for this opportunity.
