Kayishha is a technology-driven automotive platform in Saudi Arabia, making the buying and selling of used vehicles faster, easier and more efficient.
We're looking for a highly connected Business Development & Partnerships Executive to grow our B2B and G2B vehicle sourcing channels across Saudi Arabia. This is a field-based, commercial role with one clear goal: build relationships with organisations that regularly dispose of vehicles, and turn those relationships into recurring supply for the Kayishha platform.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do
- Build a strong pipeline of B2B and G2B partners who can supply vehicles individually, in batches, or as recurring fleet volume
- Identify organizations with fleet renewal, repossession, trade-in, lease-return, or rental disposal needs
- Approach decision-makers, present Kayishha's distribution channel, and close vehicle sourcing agreements
- Turn pilot programs into long-term recurring partnerships
- Own key accounts as the primary commercial contact between Kayishha and its sourcing partners
- Continuously map the Saudi vehicle supply market and stay ahead of competitor activity
Your target partners will span dealerships, car rental and leasing companies, corporate fleets, banks, insurance companies, and government-related organizations.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
- Saudi National based in Riyadh
- Proven experience in business development, fleet, automotive, or vehicle sourcing/partnerships
- Strong existing network across the Saudi automotive ecosystem, with real relationships at dealerships, rental companies, fleets, banks, or government entities
- A track record of originating and closing commercial deals
- Background in vehicle fleets, used vehicles, wholesale, remarketing, auctions, or vehicle disposal is a strong plus
- Comfortable approaching senior decision-makers and building relationships from scratch
- Willing to be in the field regularly and travel within Saudi Arabia
- Fluent Arabic and strong professional English
- Valid Saudi driving licence
What Success Looks Like
You'll be measured on vehicles sourced, not meetings held - through new partnerships signed, recurring monthly volume, and growth of the B2B/G2B pipeline.
