* Acquire and grow new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or a related field
* Should be an active salesperson in the logistics sector for at least 3 years running up to 2026
* Detailed knowledge of selling Ocean freight (LCL and FCL) and Air freight Products
* Results oriented and ambitious for future leadership roles
* Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
* Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation services
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field
- At least three years of active sales experience in the logistics sector through 2026
- Detailed knowledge of selling ocean freight products, including LCL and FCL
- Detailed knowledge of selling air freight products
- Proven business development success, preferably in logistics or transportation

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
