About the role
We are recruiting Business Development Managers in Melbourne and Brisbane to explore and expand into new markets and drive profitable growth across strategic and direct end‑user accounts.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on new business development, national account management and commercial leadership to build a competitive position for our technical solutions within the transport and fleet sector.

Drive profitable growth of strategic and direct end‑user accounts through proactive new business development and strong commercial leadership.
What you will do
Manage an active sales pipeline while developing new business opportunities, particularly with transport fleets and national accounts.
Qualify and screen potential deals by analysing market strategies, customer requirements, potential and financial viability.
Source and engage potential partners and customers through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Close new business by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring operational integration.
Lead and guide Account Managers on new opportunities to ensure alignment with evolving customer operational and strategic needs.
Use Salesforce CRM to capture customer data, update pipeline activity and produce reports that inform commercial decisions.
Who we’re looking for
Proven sales experience and customer management skills; comfortable developing and running networks.
Strong analytical capability: able to interpret data, prepare reports and make clear commercial recommendations.
Excellent communicator, able to present solutions and influence stakeholders.
Self‑starter who can work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Interest in automotive, transport or motorsport is highly regarded.
Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or strong willingness to learn.
Ability to travel approximately 6–8 days per month and plan your own schedule.
Must be authorised to work in Australia; New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
