This is a full-time hybrid role where the Business Development Manager is expected to be located in Munich but some remote work is acceptable. The Business Development Manager will work on day-to-day tasks associated with identifying new sales leads, pitching services, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, and negotiating and closing business deals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the DACH region.
- Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in automotive companies, understanding their needs and positioning Nilux as a valuable partner.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business development goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and project management, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company objectives.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Nilux and expand our presence in the DACH region.
Requirements

- Fluent in English and German
