Consults, advises and presents alternatives to the marketing managers on possible course of action, including identifying new business opportunities. Responsible for the design, development and execution of Direct Marketing & Lead Campaigns.

Minimum Requirements.
• A relevant Honours Degree with 3 to 5 years financial and or investment experience;
• Corporate/Business relationship management experience l;
• Asset management experience will be beneficial;
• Retail experience will be beneficial;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong technical skills;
• Excellent networking skills;
• Computer literacy;
• Highly motivated and self-starter;
• Well organized and dynamic;
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of institutional business models and client segmentation
• Advanced communication, presentation and stakeholder influence skills.
• High level of commercial judgement and strategic thinking capability.
• Ability to operate independently at senior management interaction level.

Job Specification.
• Ensuring that all internal systems and work processes work effectively.
• Accountable for the direction and management of marketing, sales and promotion of the organization's products and services in designated market segments.
• Working with responsible business units to develop business plans and strategies to attain sales and profit objectives.
• Directing market research, product planning and advertising functions to accomplish organization objectives.
• Drive and effect education and training, presentations and proposals related to core business.
• Responsible for the monthly reporting and reconciliation process.
• Handling customer queries and attends to escalations. Effective Management of All existing Client Relationships within the Businesses.
• Acquire and Manage Effective Pipeline for new business across all Businesses.
• Drive Stakeholder Campaigns for both existing and future clients (business).
• Own and maximise the full commercial value of institutional client relationships across all OMIGNAM capabilities
• Identify and unlock opportunities across the entire client value chain, including liquidity solutions, long term investments, and alternative assets
• Drive cross selling and integration of multiple investment solutions within each client relationship
• Originate, structure, and convert large institutional mandates across pension funds, corporates, banks, and development finance institutions
• Lead end to end deal processes from opportunity identification through to mandate funding and implementation
• Build and maintain a high quality, strategic pipeline aligned to revenue and AUM growth objectives
• Engage at senior stakeholder level including boards, trustees, investment committees, and executive management
• Position OMIGNAM as a strategic investment partner through advisory led engagement rather than product led distribution
