We're a Vero Beach-based digital marketing firm and we're growing. We need someone local who's genuinely good with people and knows how to open doors.
This is a sales role focused almost entirely on lead generation. You're not closing six-figure deals on day one. You're starting conversations, building relationships, and handing warm opportunities to our team. What You'll Be Doing
You'll be out there creating opportunities. That means attending local networking events (Chamber events, BNI groups, industry meetups), engaging in LinkedIn outreach to business owners and decision-makers, participating in relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups, and following up consistently with prospects over time. Some of this will be in person. Some will be digital. All of it requires showing up and being persistent without being annoying.
We sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website strategy, content marketing, and marketing leadership for growing businesses. We also have a half-day AI For Marketing training course we offer to businesses that is very popular. You don't need to be a technical expert on day one, but you do need to understand what we solve and who we solve it for.
Who This Is For
You're based in or near Vero Beach. You know the community, or you're ready to get plugged in. You're a natural connector who remembers names and follows through. You've done some version of sales or business development before, even if it wasn't your official job title. You're comfortable reaching out cold and not taking it personally when someone doesn't respond. You're organized enough to track your activity and report on it without being babysat. Experience in marketing, professional services, or B2B sales is a plus. It's not required.
What You Get
Compensation is hourly plus commission with strong earning potential tied directly to your results. We're open expanding this to a full-time role in the near future for the right candidate. We'll work through the specifics together based on your experience and availability. The part-time hours are somewhat flexible, but need to be during regular business hours.
You'll be working directly with the founder and getting real support, not handed a list of contacts and left alone. We'll give you the tools, training, and collateral you need to have smart conversations.
