Omise is rapidly growing and ready to achieve the next level of expansion in the market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on mid-market and enterprise segments. If you are a natural networker who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, this could be your new challenge.

What you will be doing


    • Drive revenue growth by managing and converting a strong sales pipeline, with clear accountability for targets and outcomes.
    • Research new market opportunities, industry trends, and mid-tier to enterprise accounts, and translate insights into actionable business and go-to-market plans.
    • Proactively identify target prospects, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline creation through outbound and strategic initiatives.
    • Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to negotiation, closing, and successful go-live.
    • Act as the deal owner, leading cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Risk) to deliver scalable and compliant solutions for enterprise clients.
    • Understand and analyze complex customer requirements, and design best-practice solutions across multiple product offerings.
    • Communicate value clearly through strong presentations and business cases, tailored to senior and C-level stakeholders.
    • Share new product developments with prospective clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
    • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients, key stakeholders, and integration partners to support sustainable growth.

    You

    • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, or eCommerce industries.
    • Proven deal closer in selling complex, high-value deals in software solutions, technical infrastructure, or financial services, with a deep and relevant business network in the local market.
    • Strong understanding of the Thailand market across multiple industry verticals, with a relevant professional network.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical teams and senior business leaders.
    • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Strong negotiation skills and confidence representing Omise with partners, prospects, and C-level decision-makers.
    • Able to work independently while collaborating across teams in a regional or global organization.
      Experience in project or deal management is a strong plus.
