About the Role

  • This is a hunter role
  • Achieve revenue targets through new business attainment and support upsell opportunities in partnership with generalist team.
  • Establishes relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers in target businesses across segments throughout the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales goals
  • Identify, develop, and closes new sales opportunities
  • Plan own territory or account approach and manage associated resources
  • Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
  • Provide strategic insights for continuous improvement of the growth of the territory
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services via innovative promotion with prospective customers
  • Generate and deploy broad, deep and special knowledge of products and solutions; considers market issues in design of individual products and solutions

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong tenacity for prospecting
  • A demonstrated history of successful closing
  • Ability to engage customers with a value based negotiation approach
  • Ability to pivot to take advantage of market opportunities
  • Demonstrates value to the customer, based on our offerings, customer objectives, and environmental influences
  • Has a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges in assigned territories
  • Anticipates and interprets internal and/or external business issues with an impact on commercial targets and business plans
  • Ability to leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to project manage opportunities
