The Business Development Manager will initiate and manage new business opportunities by partnering with brands and publishers, owning the partnership pipeline from outreach to deal closure.

This team thrives on outreach and strategic initiatives. You will own the partner journey from the initial outreach to the first integration and have a direct impact from day one.

  • Own the full partnership pipeline from the initial outreach to closing the deal;
  • Approach and build relationships with brands, publishers, and affiliate networks;
  • Identify and pitch the right value proposition for each potential partner;
  • Share your insights to improve the existing process;
  • Collaborate with the team to scale what works and drop what doesn’t.

  • Strong outbound sales experience — especially in the new business generation;
  • Previous SDR or BDR experience is a major plus;
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), track interactions, and leverage tools to optimize outreach efforts;
  • Good knowledge in sales and basic marketing-related knowledge;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset, with excellent analytical skills;
  • Goal and growth-oriented mindset;
  • Strong work ethic and structure.
