Job Description
What does this role involve:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Allegro One Box agnostic network, ensuring alignment with the company’s Allegro Delivery, 1P and 3P logistics vision.
- Lead the end-to-end development of Allegro One Box agnostic services, from concept to implementation, focusing on usability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Align features and functionality with internal teams (Tech, CX, and Operations) to integrate the carriers with Allegro’s agnostic platform.
- Ensure seamless interoperability and service-level optimization with Allegro’s business and tech environment.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Define and track KPIs for network efficiency, user adoption, NPS and overall business impact.
- Drive continuous improvements in Aleegro One Box accessibility, parcel handling, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and industry best practices.

We are looking for people who:
- Have experience in an analogous position and are characterized by self-reliance. We count on experience from the courier or e-commerce industry with courier companies.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the international TSL market from working with courier, freight forwarding or logistics companies or e-commerce in logistics.
- Have a strong focus on delivering results.
- Have a very good command of the English language enabling you to communicate freely both orally and in writing (minimum C1).
- Have experience leading or participating in extensive logistics and transportation projects.
- Have knowledge of and experience in developing solutions to optimize logistics processes in the international market
- Demonstrate an attitude directed towards analysis and solutions
