We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with our technical teams to align solutions with client needs and help scale our IT and software services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong understanding of IT services, and is eager to drive business expansion.

Key responsibilities for current position in our company are:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software sector;
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met;
    • Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic plans tailored to client needs;
    • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure;
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence;
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools;
    • Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and industry trends;
    • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Development Manager or similar role in an IT or software company;
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus;
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders;
    • Goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
