- Drive new business, technical strategies for new customers in Canada.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market, focusing on Optical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure Nokia's solutions remain competitive.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Optical networking or telecommunications industry in Canada preferably in the Enterprise market.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales management, with a strong understanding of the Canadian enterprise market.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented approach to driving business growth.
- Deep knowledge of Optical networking technologies, including DWDM, ROADM, and network automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
