📖 Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, work well with external business partners, capable to collaborate across multiple internal teams, and is analytically-minded. The candidate’s core focus will be on acquiring new supply operators from within the travel industry. This role will also be responsible for managing and implementing strategies to increase revenue from a portfolio of existing supply partners.
🙋🏽 Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to and onboard new Supply Operators
- Develop relationships with our existing Supply Operators in order to leverage them for additional growth
- Liaise between internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing) and your accounts in order to ensure smooth execution of the partnerships and growth of bookings.
- Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies.
⚖️ Skills required
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other similar tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
- Asian language skills are a plus!
- Min. 3 years of previous business development experience, preferably in travel-related products
- A can-do, self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds & time zones.
- Availability to travel; this role may require some regional travel
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not mandatory
