Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new high-potential customers for secured loan products including Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans (BL), and other credit instruments.
- Conduct field visits to engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and present tailored loan solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement, including documentation, verification, and coordination with underwriting and credit teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, loan applications, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking operations protocols, KYC norms, and internal audit requirements during all stages of the process.
- Collaborate with branch managers, credit analysts, and operations teams to facilitate timely loan processing and approvals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver regular performance reports and sales forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of secured lending products, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loans (BL).
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end loan documentation, processing, and customer onboarding.
- Proficiency in customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales targets.
