The Business Development Manager - POS & Pay Hardware Solutions (Chinese Speaking) at LINE MAN Wongnai reports directly to the Managing Director, Merchant Digital Solutions. You will be a solo contributor working closely to the management and business owners, responsible for developing and executing end-to-end Business Development strategies for our POS & Pay Hardware Solutions.
What you’ll Do:
- Hardware Strategy and Sourcing
- Develop and implement strategies to use hardware as a competitive advantage.
- Identify, Engage, Evaluate hardware suppliers for POS, Pay, and hardware for merchant solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships with key partners.
- P&L Management
- Own and manage the hardware P&L to ensure competitiveness, and profitability.
- Develop pricing strategies and monitor financial performance.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with the business leader.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Define target markets and strategies for market penetration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategy alignment.
- Support product development based on market feedback.
- Identify and evaluate hardware suppliers for POS, Pay, and merchant solutions.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese (speaking and writing).
- 3+ years in business development, sourcing, or related role in the POS, payment, or related business solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware sourcing and procurement.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and managing P&L.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
