The role will focus on expanding market presence, supporting strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and strengthening channel performance within the healthcare IT and medical imaging sectors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Support and execute regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
- Drive direct and channel-based sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and system integration partners across the region.
- Contribute to partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, ensure meeting set KPIs, and ensure revenue target achievement.
- Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Manage key regional accounts and strategic healthcare groups.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate with global sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate salesforce updates, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Represent the company at regional and international healthcare conferences and exhibitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record in international business development.
- Strong experience managing distributors and channel partners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel across the region as business needs require.
