About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in electronics and business development to to drive the sales and business development in the United States and Canada . This role is responsible for customer acquisition, account management, distributor/agent management, and executing market expansion strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead new customer acquisition, account management, and distributor/agent relationships across United States and Canada
• Execute company product marketing and sales strategies to drive regional market expansion.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence on business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
• Prepare high-quality reports and deliver regular sales updates to headquarters.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Grow and retain assigned accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Support development of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and determine market pricing for various customer segments.


Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, and management experience in the memory semiconductor industry , covering products such as SSDs, memory cards, USB drives, PCIe, and related components.
• Proven track record in customer development and distributor management, with exposure to United States and Canada.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region for customer visits and business development.
• Ability to work independently, managing full business operations in the region.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
