You will identify trends, discover new application opportunities, help shape future products, and work closely with sales to drive sustainable growth and create real customer value.
Tasks
- Strategic development of Optotune’s business in the imaging market
- Identification of customer pain points and where Optotune can add real value
- Development of strategic partnerships with key players of the ecosystem
- Market research & definition of new products
- Acquisition of new customers worldwide
- Creation of business plans, go-to-market strategies, sales & training materials
- Content creation for marketing materials
- Participation in trade shows
Requirements
- Must have technical background (MSc or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics/photonics or machine vision
- Experience in management consulting advantageous
- Ability to identify new customers, build up & maintain relationships
- Ability to understand customers' technical requirements and suggest solutions
- Passion for technology & innovation, winning personality, well organized, autonomous and prepared to travel internationally
- Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German, other languages advantageous
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications & AI tools
