We’re looking for a Business Development Manager I to help support our continued growth by uncovering new opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our client base. This is an entry-level role, but you’ll be making a big impact from day one—backed by a passionate team, robust training, and a culture that believes in developing talent for the long haul.

🧠 What You'll Do:
  • Research new markets and trends to spot opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, outreach, and networking.
  • Assist in building and managing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns and help manage sales documentation in the CRM.
  • Track and report on your activities, learnings, and outcomes.
  • Help ensure client satisfaction and minimize churn through proactive engagement.
  • Contribute to initiatives like product launches and marketing campaigns.
🎯 What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (a plus).
💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $71,000–$81,000
This reflects our good faith estimate of the base salary range for this position, based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined by experience and qualifications.
Commission compensation may also apply.
