Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development professional to expand our demand-side partnerships across the German market. If you love working with agencies and clients, thrive on closing deals, and have a strong network in the media industry, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. We’re seeking someone proactive, strategic, and excited to grow with us.

Your mission
      • Build and grow relationships with agencies and media buyers in Germany
      • Develop and close new business opportunities by pitching our demand-side solutions
      • Keep your CRM pipeline organized, current, and transparent
      • Attend industry events and client meetings to strengthen partnerships and visibility
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the advertising industry
  • An existing network of agency or media buyer contacts
  • Strong organizational skills and experience using a CRM to manage pipelines
  • A “hunter” mentality: ambitious, proactive, and focused on results
  • A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, media buying, and agency workflows
  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and other AdTech solutions
