Join us as our new Business Development Manager, Baking
We are looking for an independent and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our baking marketing team, where you will identify, drive and mature new concepts in collaboration with your cross functional colleagues.
Welcome to the baking, Food & Beverages
As Business Development Manager you will join our Baking Global Marketing Team in the Food & Beverage Division. You will be one of the key ingredients to enable short and long-term growth in our Baking industry with the responsibility of delivering exciting innovative solutions to our customers. You will be working in an international, cross functional setting with an organization transforming into an agile way of working.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Shaping and maturing innovation projects within our global strategic focus areas. You will use your experience to translate insights, customer needs and trends into product concepts that you can test with customers. You will identify value propositions and related business opportunities in the intersection between customer needs and technical opportunities and be responsible for taking product innovation from idea to launch – both longer term innovation and commercial opportunities.
To succeed you must hold:
- Food science or Business education (MSc), and relevant professional experience (+5 years)
- Experience from the Food & Beverage application/ingredient industry is an advantage.
- Proven abilities in turning complex environments into commercial concepts with compelling value propositions as well as assessing related business opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills, and a strategic, visionary and analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- A team player with a desire and curiosity for a fast-paced learning curve, who is self-driven and thrives working independently in new areas while connecting and leveraging regional and cross functional teams
- Excellent people and communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external senior level stakeholders.
