We are building an AI-powered CRM and automation platform that helps study abroad consultants and higher education institutions streamline student recruitment, admissions, lead management, counsellor productivity, and communication.
We are looking for a high-performing SaaS sales professional to work closely with the founders, influence product direction through customer insights, and play a key role in scaling an AI-native platform for the international education industry.
What You'll Do
Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
Generate new business opportunities across Study Abroad Consultants, Universities, and Higher Education Institutions.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows and business challenges.
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve customer experience.
Negotiate commercials and close enterprise as well as mid-market opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Represent ARO.AI during customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Experience selling CRM, ERP, Admissions, EdTech, HRTech, or workflow automation products.
Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Experience handling product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
