【Typical Accountability】
1. Identify, pitch, and onboard accommodation partners such as hotels, motels, hostels, and resorts
2. Support merchant digital transformation including operations, analytics, and online sales
3. Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost merchant visibility and revenue
4. Handle cold calling, site visits, and offline sales presentations
5. Collaborate across teams to build solutions that empower partner success
【Essential Competencies】
1. At least 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality or platform sales
2. Proven ability to conduct market research and provide professional consultation to clients
3. Strong multitasking and time management capabilities
4. Comfortable with outreach, cold leads, and direct sales interactions
5. Proficient in Excel or PowerPoint (Keynote)

【主要職責】
1. 開發並洽談旅宿商家合作，包括飯店、旅館、溫泉、民宿等
2. 協助店家導入數位化營運工具，提供數據化建議與銷售支持
3. 規劃創意行銷活動，提升店家曝光與業績
4. 執行陌生開發：電話、現場拜訪、說明會簡報等業務流程
5. 與內部團隊合作推進商家成長計畫
【必要條件】
1. 具備 2 年以上業務經驗，具旅宿、平台產業尤佳
2. 能針對市場趨勢提供專業建議與商業提案
3. 有效管理時間與多重任務能力
4. 樂於面對陌生客戶並具備積極開發精神
5. 熟悉 Excel 或 PowerPoint（Keynote）
