You will play a key role in converting online leads into showroom traffic by responding with urgency and maintaining consistent, high-quality follow-up. Responsibilities- Promptly follow up on internet leads to convert potential customers.
- Maximize lead engagement to increase customer visits to the dealership.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency in all communications and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth customer transitions.
- Proven experience in business development, internet sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient with internet lead software and CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a drive for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
