Berglund Chevrolet is seeking a results-driven Business Development - Internet Manager in Roanoke, VA. You will play a key role in converting online leads into showroom traffic by responding with urgency and maintaining consistent, high-quality follow-up. Responsibilities
  • Promptly follow up on internet leads to convert potential customers.
  • Maximize lead engagement to increase customer visits to the dealership.
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency in all communications and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth customer transitions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, internet sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient with internet lead software and CRM systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive for achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
