We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our Business Development team as we transition to a more AI-enabled operating model. This intern will support the integration of AI tools and workflows into our BD processes and gain firsthand exposure to how advanced technologies can shape business strategy and customer engagement.
- Assist in mapping current BD workflows and identifying areas where AI tools can enhance efficiency and insight generation.
- Support the implementation and testing of AI tools (e.g., CRM integrations, proposal analysis, market research automation).
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and BD professionals to develop documentation and training materials for new AI-enabled processes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using AI-powered tools.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for BD leadership.
- Contribute to innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions on AI use cases in business development.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interest in business strategy, technology, and AI applications.
- Familiarity with Business Development- AI tools, data analytics platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree; business administration, IT, finance or related field preferred but not required.
- US Citizenship is required to apply.
- This is a HYBRID role; we prefer a candidate that can work remote-telework and be on-site a few days a week. When on-site you can report to our Herndon, VA office or our Chantilly, VA headquarters.
