About the Role
As a Business Development Intern on the Growth Owner track, you will work directly alongside our Growth team to shape product expansion strategies, explore new market opportunities, and execute go-to-market initiatives. This internship is designed for high-potential individuals who want hands-on experience across strategy, marketing, partnerships, and data-driven growth. You will be embedded in real projects from day one, gaining exposure to the full growth lifecycle — from customer insight and market research to campaign execution and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy
- Support the definition and execution of growth strategies for assigned products or markets.
- Research competitive landscapes and identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase product adoption.
- Contribute to shaping sustainable revenue initiatives through data-driven analysis.
2. Customer & Market Analysis
- Analyze customer personas, user behavior, and market dynamics to identify high-potential target segments.
- Develop insights to support market penetration strategies and product-market fit evaluation.
- Conduct primary and secondary research including surveys, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
3. Go-to-Market Execution
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or market entries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Product, and
- Development teams to design and run targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support the preparation of launch materials, campaign briefs, and GTM playbooks.
4. Business Development & Partnerships
- Explore and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, distribution channels, and new revenue models.
- Assist in designing service packages or bundled offerings that accelerate product growth.
- Support outreach and relationship management with potential partners or clients.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in Thai and English.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and able to apply them effectively in day-to-day work.
• Genuine interest in growth, product strategy, business development, or the tech/startup ecosystem.
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in a startup, consulting, or business development role (including freelance or academic projects).
• Familiarity with growth frameworks such as AARRR, Jobs-to-be-Done, or OKRs.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) or CRM tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace business models.
